What is GraphConnect?

In 2022, Neo4j will unveil a wholly revamped GraphConnect conference. The conference will include an immersive expo space which attendees can explore and engage with sponsors, attend Innovation Theater sessions, eat and casually meet with attendees and colleagues. The conference will also include Neo4j’s training and many informative workshops. Lastly, you won’t want to miss the Neo4j Escape Rooms and the evening event!

Is GraphConnect 2022 going ahead?

GraphConnect is thrilled to announce we are back! Our in-person event will be held June 6-8, 2022 in Austin, TX!

Will you be offering a virtual GraphConnect event in 2022?

GraphConnect attendees have always said that networking and meeting face-to-face is a large part of the value they get from GraphConnect. We are thrilled to have the opportunity to meet again in 2022! (There will not be a virtual option.)

What does GraphConnect 2022 cost to attend?

An early bird special price of $600 will be offered until March 15, 2022 at 11:59 PM EST – after which the standard price is $800. The opportunity to add on training will be available for $350.

What does a GraphConnect 2022 conference pass include?

The full conference pass gives you access to all keynotes and breakout sessions, expo floor, welcome reception, networking event, and meals on main conference days. Training sessions are an additional fee.

Are day passes available?

No, a full conference pass must be purchased.

Is there an age requirement to attend the in-person GraphConnect 2022?

Yes. All attendees must be 21 years or older as alcoholic beverages will be served onsite.

How will GraphConnect 2022 address safety precautions surrounding COVID-19?

The health and safety of our event attendees is important to us. We are actively tracking the emerging news and science around COVID and the new Omicron variant. We will continue to monitor and adjust our plans and health protocols as necessary. Neo4j also continues to monitor guidelines for health safety measures from the World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Austin-Travis County. Neo4j will follow applicable federal, state, and local laws, adapting plans accordingly and sharing updates with all attendees.

Proof of a COVID-19 vaccination is currently required to register for GraphConnect 2022. Neo4j will be utilizing the CLEAR app to verify vaccination. More information on how to download the app and submit your information will be provided, to registered attendees, in the coming weeks. Will GraphConnect 2022 require proof of vaccination to attend?

Yes. Neo4j will be utilizing the CLEAR app to verify vaccination. Further information will be sent to registered attendees.

I am based outside of the US and I cannot access CLEAR, how do I prove my vaccination status?

CLEAR is a US based product. Once you land in the US you will be able to download and launch the CLEAR app to input your information. There will also be a help desk at the event, should you need assistance.

What is your cancelation policy?

Attendee cancelations submitted between February 1 and April 15, 2022, will be issued a full refund of the registration fee via the original payment method less processing fees.

Attendee cancelations submitted between April 16, 2022, and May 15, 2022, will be issued a 50% refund of the registration fees via the original payment method less processing fees. Cancelations submitted after May 16, 2022, are not eligible for a refund.

Sponsorship cancelations submitted before April 1, 2022, will be issued a full refund of the registration fee via the original payment method less processing fees.

Sponsorship cancelations submitted between April 2, 2022, and May 1, 2022, will be issued a 50% refund of the registration fees via the original payment method less processing fees. Cancelations submitted after May 2, 2022, are not eligible for a refund.
